Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, vegetable oil, and garlic.
- Add the cubed chicken to the sauce and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Place chicken, bell peppers, and pineapple in a baking dish.
- Pour remaining sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
