Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a blender, combine avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Blend until smooth to make the sauce.
- Serve meatballs with the tangy avocado sauce.
