- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
