Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup queso dip

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add cumin and chili powder to the beef and mix well.
  4. Place a small amount of the beef mixture and cheese in each tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the flautas with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve with warm queso dip.
