Baked beef flautas served with queso dip.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup queso dip
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add cumin and chili powder to the beef and mix well.
- Place a small amount of the beef mixture and cheese in each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the flautas with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with warm queso dip.

- Use corn tortillas for a gluten-free option.
- Serve with salsa for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
