Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Brew your coffee and let it cool.
- Add Baileys and sugar to the coffee.
- Mix well until sugar dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into ice cube trays.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Serve in a glass of milk or as a coffee enhancer.
