Description
A delicious twist on classic rice krispie treats, combining the flavors of apple pie.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 6 cups rice krispie cereal
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon.
- Add rice krispie cereal and mix well.
- Fold in diced apples and caramel sauce.
- Press mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
Notes
- You can use any type of apple.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Optional: drizzle more caramel on top before serving.
