A delicious twist on traditional apple pie, wrapped in tortillas and baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup apple pie filling
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, melt butter and mix in sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Cook until apples are tender.
- Place a few spoonfuls of the apple mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour apple pie filling over the rolled tortillas.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade apple pie filling.
- Adjust the cinnamon to taste.
- Top with nuts for added texture.
