Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt.
  3. Add cold water and mix to form a dough.
  4. Press dough into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  6. Spread apple mixture over the crust.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix oats, 1/2 cup flour, and melted butter.
  8. Sprinkle oat mixture over apples.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool before serving.
