Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
  2. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. Add oil, salt, and flour gradually.
  4. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth.
  6. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into two loaves.
  8. Place loaves in greased bread pans.
  9. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
