Ingredients

- 4 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
- Add the milk, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg to the egg mixture and stir until mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
- You can sprinkle additional nutmeg on top before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
