Crispy and tender air fryer smashed potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil the baby potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the potatoes on a cutting board and gently smash each potato with a fork.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
  7. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
