Crispy and tender air fryer smashed potatoes.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and boil the baby potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and let them cool slightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes on a cutting board and gently smash each potato with a fork.
- Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use larger potatoes if baby potatoes are unavailable.
