Instructions

  3. Soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain and pat the slices dry with a paper towel.
  5. In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil and salt.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  7. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Remove when golden brown and crispy.
  10. Let cool before serving.
