- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf.
- Spread ketchup on top of the loaf.
- Place the loaf in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a meat thermometer, it should read 160°F.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
