Description

Crispy air fryer bang bang salmon bites with a spicy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat salmon pieces in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.
  4. Place salmon bites in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve with the sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
