Description
Crispy air fryer bang bang salmon bites with a spicy sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat salmon pieces in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.
- Place salmon bites in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with the sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Try using other fish for variety.
- For extra crispiness, spray bites with cooking spray before air frying.
