A simple and delicious way to make baked potatoes using an air fryer.

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water.
- Poke holes in each potato with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork; it should go in easily.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can top with butter, sour cream, or cheese.
- Cooking time may vary based on potato size.
- For crispier skin, increase cooking time by a few minutes.
