Easy and quick air fryer pretzel bites that are fluffy and delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Coarse sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and shape them into bites.
- Boil water in a pot and add baking soda.
- Dip each pretzel bite into the boiling water for 30 seconds.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
